  TJ BUTLER is the owner of Iota Fitness and AYATEA, LLC. During college he excelled as a track and field athlete. He has been committed to helping his clients achieve their unique fitness goals by encouraging a healthy lifestyle for 15 years. Mr. Butler is a certified personal trainer who specializes in weight loss, toning, strength building, nutritional counseling, sports conditioning, and custom training. Encouraging clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning is Mr. Butler's philosophy. He currently trains and oversees his companies in Memphis, TN.
